What makes film screenings at the DIVA Center unique? Our films are projected in an intimate 60 seat screening room and are hosted either by a visiting filmmaker or a cinema enthusiast who facilitates thought provoking audience discussion after each film. Come and join Eugene's growing community of film and video enthusiast. Free evening parking is available in the nearby Broadway Place garage at 255 W Broadway. ~ Blue, the first film in Kieslowski's trilogy, tells the story of Julie who loses her husband, a composer and her young daughter in a car accident. The film's theme of liberty is manifested in Julie's attempt to start life anew free of personal commitments, belongings grief and love. Hosted by Thomas Blank.

~ The second film in the Kieslowski's trilogy portrays Karol who marries Domininque and moves to Paris. The marriage breaks down and they divorce, forcing Karol into the life of a metro beggar and eventually back to Poland. However he never forgets Dominique. Hosted by Thomas Blank.
